The public site tells every visitor BlueWave reviews each request before a link is sent. This is that review. Approving mints a single invite and emails it; declining is silent to the requester.

SIGNTRACE

Documents for signature

Send any PDF for electronic signature: a corporate document, an NDA, an agreement with a partner. Each signer gets a private link and a one-time code in signing order; the executed copy carries the Electronic Signatures page, the Certificate of Completion and BlueWave's seal, exactly like an onboarding packet.

Platform health

Read-only. The switch, the BlueWave signatory, the mail sender, the seal key (a real sign-and-verify), the executive signature, every agreement text, a full Retail and Patrol render, the agreements bucket, the signing tables, the live records and the public signing and verification pages. No packet is presented, nothing is sent or charged.

Read-only. This asks Stripe, Resend and each edition’s provisioning bridge whether they still agree with the CRM, and checks the rules that no single service can enforce alone. Nothing is created, sent or charged.

BOX INVENTORY

Every box, by edition

What each edition’s portal knows about its boxes: on the shelf, or on a customer’s location. A box on the wrong customer, back for an RMA, or from an account that left is returned to the shelf here, under your name and with a reason. Its cameras are switched off on the way out, and it keeps its token, tunnel and release, so it stays reachable while it sits in stock. The CT number beside each box is its asset number: printed on its bottom label, it stays with the box for life, whatever the label on the lid says.

Support inbox

Every edition’s customer tickets in one place, read live from each edition. A reply goes out under your name from the edition the customer uses, and the edition emails it to them. An internal note stays with BlueWave.

Network density

Every CaseTrace environment by state and city. The network is worth most where environments sit close together, so a place is read by its live and signed locations: Seed at one, Forming at two, Dense at five. Locations still in onboarding are shown beside it and never move the level. Test, archived and closed records are left out, and so are Patrol client sites ordered inside Patrol after go-live.
