By signing, you give BlueWave Technology, Inc. permission to record you and to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in photos and video for marketing and promotional purposes, in any media, without payment. You confirm you are 18 or older and release BlueWave from related claims.

- Grant of rights. I grant BlueWave Technology, Inc., its affiliates and operating brands (including CaseTrace Systems), and their successors, licensees, and assigns (together, "BlueWave") the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record me, and to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display my name, image, likeness, voice, and any statements I make (the "Materials") in any media now known or later developed, including websites, social media, advertising, sales presentations, trade shows, and broadcast.
- Purpose. BlueWave may use the Materials for marketing, promotional, commercial, editorial, and internal purposes, alone or combined with other content, without further notice, approval, or payment to me.
- Ownership and approval. All rights in the Materials belong to BlueWave. I waive any right to inspect or approve the Materials or any use of them, including any captions or copy used with them.
- Release of claims. I release and discharge BlueWave and anyone acting under its authority from any claim arising from the creation or use of the Materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false light, or copyright.
- No compensation. I understand that I will not receive any payment or other compensation for the Materials or their use, now or in the future.
- Eligibility. I am at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to sign this release. If I am signing for a minor, I am the minor's parent or legal guardian and I sign on the minor's behalf.
- Governing law. This release is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. It is the entire agreement between me and BlueWave on this subject and may be relied upon by BlueWave's licensees and assigns.
- Electronic signature. I agree that my electronic signature below has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that BlueWave may keep this release as an electronic record with the date, time, and network details of my signature.
Your signature, the date and time, and your device details are recorded with this release. BlueWave Technology, Inc. keeps the signed PDF on file.
