BlueWave works at times you approve, is responsible for any damage its people cause, and never publishes footage used to train its models. You can withdraw permission for future activity at any time.

Permission. The business named on this form (the "Business") grants BlueWave Technology, Inc. and its affiliates (together, "BlueWave") each permission checked on this form, at the location named on this form, subject to any dates and conditions written on it.
On the premises. BlueWave's people work at times the Business approves, follow its reasonable instructions, and leave the premises as they found them. BlueWave is responsible for any damage its people cause.
Mock scenarios. Mock scenarios take place only while the location is closed to the public and after the Business's staff have been told. Any replica is an inert training replica, never a real or working weapon. BlueWave tells the local police beforehand.
Footage. BlueWave uses footage recorded under this permission only for the purposes checked. Footage used to train or test models stays in BlueWave's systems and is not published. If a customer or member of the public appears by accident, BlueWave blurs or removes them before any footage is shown outside BlueWave.
Name, images and premises. Where filming or naming is checked, BlueWave may use photos and video of the premises and the Business's name, signs and logo in its materials, in any media, without payment.
No payment, no commitment. Neither party owes the other any payment for these permissions, and signing creates no obligation to buy anything.
Withdrawing permission. The Business may withdraw any permission for future activity at any time by email to onboarding@bluewavetech.io. Footage and materials made before then may still be used as this form allows, including in models already trained with them.
Authority. The person signing confirms that they own the Business or are authorized to grant these permissions for it.
Governing law and electronic signature. This permission is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The signer agrees that their electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that BlueWave may keep this form as an electronic record with the date, time and network details of the signature.
